1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using USDTflow ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and USDTflow. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Description of Service

USDTflow is a decentralized application (DApp) that provides an interface to interact with a smart contract deployed on BNB Smart Chain. The Platform allows users to:

• Deposit USDT tokens into the smart contract
• Receive daily returns based on tiered investment amounts
• Withdraw accumulated earnings
• Participate in a multi-level referral program
• View transaction history and account information

3. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts

• Comply with all local laws and regulations regarding cryptocurrency and DeFi
• Not be a resident of a jurisdiction where the Platform is prohibited

4. Investment Risks

By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept the following risks:

• Market Risk: Cryptocurrency values are highly volatile and unpredictable
• Smart Contract Risk: Smart contracts may contain bugs or vulnerabilities
• Regulatory Risk: Cryptocurrency regulations may change and affect the Platform
• Liquidity Risk: You may not be able to withdraw funds if the contract lacks liquidity
• Technology Risk: Blockchain networks may experience downtime or congestion
• Loss of Access: Loss of private keys results in permanent loss of funds
• No Guarantees: Past performance does not guarantee future results

You should only invest funds you can afford to lose completely.

5. User Responsibilities

As a User of the Platform, you are responsible for:

• Wallet Security: Safeguarding your private keys and seed phrases
• Transaction Verification: Reviewing all transaction details before signing
• Due Diligence: Conducting your own research before investing
• Tax Compliance: Reporting and paying taxes on earnings in your jurisdiction
• Legal Compliance: Ensuring your use complies with local laws
• Account Security: Protecting your wallet from unauthorized access
• Accurate Information: Providing accurate wallet addresses for transactions

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal activities or money laundering
• Attempt to hack, exploit, or manipulate the smart contract
• Create multiple accounts to abuse referral bonuses
• Use bots or automated systems to interact with the Platform
• Impersonate USDTflow staff or representatives
• Spread false information about the Platform
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with other users' access to the Platform

7. No Guarantees or Warranties

The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• No guarantee of profits or returns
• No guarantee of Platform availability or uptime
• No guarantee of smart contract functionality
• No guarantee of transaction success
• No warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose

We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, USDTflow and its operators shall NOT be liable for:

• Any loss of funds or cryptocurrency
• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Smart contract bugs, exploits, or vulnerabilities
• Blockchain network failures or congestion
• Unauthorized access to your wallet or account
• Changes in cryptocurrency values or market conditions
• Regulatory actions or legal proceedings

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to stop using it.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless USDTflow, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any laws or regulations
• Your violation of any third-party rights

10. Smart Contract Interaction

You understand and agree that:

• All transactions are executed on the blockchain and are irreversible
• The Platform is merely an interface to the smart contract
• We do not control, custody, or have access to your funds
• Smart contract code is immutable and cannot be changed after deployment
• You are responsible for verifying the smart contract address before interacting
• Gas fees are required for all blockchain transactions
• Transaction times depend on blockchain network conditions

11. Referral Program

The referral program is subject to the following terms:

• Referral commissions are paid automatically by the smart contract
• You may only use your own unique referral link
• Creating fake accounts or self-referrals is prohibited
• We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program
• Referral earnings are subject to the same withdrawal terms as deposits

12. Privacy and Data

The Platform does not collect personal information. However:

• Your wallet address and transactions are public on the blockchain
• We may collect anonymous usage data for analytics
• We do not store your private keys or seed phrases
• You are responsible for maintaining your privacy

13. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Terminate or suspend access to the Platform at any time
• Modify or discontinue the Platform without notice
• Block access from certain jurisdictions

Your funds in the smart contract remain accessible even if the Platform interface is unavailable, as you can interact directly with the smart contract.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and USDTflow regarding the use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements.
